today i am talking about how i grew up in chicago and how it relates to me .

Growing up in chicago illinois i was introduced to the BUD aka bud billiken parade that occurs every year around august where over 50 dance companies come out and perform their best dances for their audience standing on the sidewalks also families come out and barbecue,sell slushies,candy ,souvenir .

Another example of something that represents chicago is the popular and variates of foods that we love for an example hot crunchy curls,italian beefs,polishes,deep dish pizza,harolds chicken,pickles and hot chips ,buffalo sams ,uncle remus,big wig ,jerk villa and many more foods that chicago made bigger then it was .
